A WordPress Cloud Technical Support Representative is a customer service professional who provides technical support and Sales assistance to clients using WP-Cloud products and services. This person handles Sales Inquiries, troubleshoots, and resolves issues related to WP-Cloud hosting, WordPress plugin configurations, and other WordPress Cloud products and services.



  • Experience with WordPress and its plugins

  • WordPress troubleshooting experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Team player

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience in working with SSH

  • WP CLI experience is a huge plus

  • WooCommerce experience

  • Experience with hosting and DNS

The WordPress Cloud Technical Support Representative should have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and PHP and experience with MySQL databases and WordPress development best practices. They should also be comfortable working with FTP, SSH, and other web development tools.



  • Education: At least Associate Degree holder, general education degree or equivalent.

  • Experience:  Experience working as a Customer Service Representative with a flair and high interest in Technical Support

  • Communication Skills:  Effective communication skills are the foundation of Customer Service. It involves listening to the customer's concerns, processing the information, and conveying a solution clearly and concisely. 

  • Interpersonal Skills:  You will be expected to interact with co-workers daily, often in a problem-solving role.  Good Interpersonal skills are crucial for workplace communication to build healthy relationships with colleagues, collaborate efficiently, and work better as a team.
